SUMMARY THOUGHTS
Without fail, I have come to regret personal actions prompted by anger. This holds true even when I alone know I have held anger. Being honest with myself, angry words I say or thoughts I have would shame me if mistakenly heard by another. Therefore, my only conclusion is; resisting anger would have been better. To resist anger may seem difficult but like any other learned behavior, with understanding of the outcome of my actions, I can improve, learn and change. Choosing to view anger as a negative in my life is a choice I can make. I can choose to reduce and remove that which serves no good.
I am anger when it begins to rise within.
